Synopsis

Dawn and Ian are talking to Jonti about there next sibling Carston Welks and how excited they are about meeting him, well Dawn is.

Dawn:

I'm just really excited to meet him he sounded so young and fun. It'll be like having a little brother. He'll probably want to take us clubbing the little rascal. Did you hear him Ian? (Mimics Carston) "I love ya I love ya!" like a cockney street urchin Natasha Bedingfield. Bless.

Ian looks worried

Ian:

(unenthused) Yeah, he sounded fun

Dawn:

What's the matter Ian? It's going to be great. I've not been clubbing for ages. [Makes some shapes and gurns and mimics an MC] "Hyper! Hyper! Hyper! This one's going out to the Joneses Massive! Let's go!"

Ian:

Hmm, clubs are just too noisy, you can't talk in a club.

Dawn:

Oh Ian don't be such a square! It's music Ian! Music! I swear Ian music is in my blood. Did you know Coventry were the founders of the Two Tone movement all races gathering together and uniting. My older sister snogged Terry Ha-

A spanish bookish man comes up to them and interupts them, Dawn has a "How rude" expression

Man:

[in Spanish] Excuse me can you tell me the way to the nearest library please?

Dawn:

Hola? (rotates neck) [shoutsand Mimes "Film" Charades style] WE ARE FILMING ……. SENOIR.

The man ignores Dawn focusing on Ian, Ian reaches into his tin pulls out a phrase book and starts to fumble his way through it

Ian:

Speaks in spanish telling the man where to go pausing to look in his phrase book as he does he makes hand gestures counts roads etc the man knods and repeats back what Ian says.*

Dawn stands in the background waiting impatient for the conversation to finish

The man thanks Ian and shakes his hand

Ian:

adiós

Man:

adiós

Dawn:

(Huffs) About time. So Ian clubbing then?

Ian:

(Without looking at phrase book and in angry fluent Spanish) Dawn, I've already told you I do not want to go to a disco it is too noisy!

Dawn looks stunned looks to Jonti
