I created the character Jack for a little online series i have been creating myself on youtube, but i think he could fit well into 'where are the joneses'.

An annoying geeky fella working as a geologist. Ian or Dawn might ask him a question as he is scrapping away at a brick wall with a little pen knife.

One of his most annoying traits is the way he grabs people's arms when he is talking to them, just a little too tactile and invading or your personal space and can't helping looking straight into Jonti's camera and smiling inanely.
This is his opening gambit whenever and I mean whenever someone asks him about his unusual name.
"Well you see my dear I don't see it as unusual. My name is me, it defines me and in all three stages of my life, when I was a kid we used to go to Rhyll all the time for holidays, and whilst there I used to love eating rock, couldn't get enough of it esp. the pineapple so you could say I loved rock, for breakfast, lunch, supper, dinner and tea….and snacks. As I grew up and reached my teens I started listening to a lot of music Motorhead, Machinehead, usually metal bands ending in head, you could say I 'loved rock'. And now in the twilight of my life I like nothing more than chipping away at a piece of sandstone to reveal the beautiful schist below. So my dears when I say to you 'I am Troy Loverock' I am not defining my name, my name defines me".

What a w****r, he would certainly annoy the hell out of me.

As this show has progressed we're getting to know what Dawn and Ian are like as people.

What personality traits do you think siblings could have that would clash with Dawn and Ians?

Examples:

Someone who is a sceptic when it comes to Dawn Phycic beliefs

Someone is a bit of a bully maybe picks on Ian, hides his tin mocks his hobbies etc. (Ian would have to get the better and come out of it stronger though, Ian's nice )

I think we need some sisters soon for Dawn to bond/clash with.

I've just seen a photo of Carston and Lara they look a beautiful couple.

Carston seems a very blokie type bloke but maybe there's more to it maybe Lara is a "Beard"

Maybe he could confide in Ian.

How would Ian cope with such a secret?

Would he tell Dawn?

And how would she react?

I think she'd love it.

Maybe Dawn and Ian would tell Lara about Carston as they've got to really like her they don't want her to get hurt.

Maybe she knows anyway.

Would you be interested in a guest appearance from Moonshark?

Do you ever ask bands to appear live in your show? My band 'Moonshark' would love to make an appearance if you're filming anywhere close to Alicante.

I must admit I was a little surprised to see that somebody has created a character based on me for this show, but then I saw it was Matt Lee, and my surprise was over. He and his mate Mark Stephenson have been giving me false promises for various projects for years, and then never paying me for things, even though I reckon they've made loads of money from them. They deny it, but I have my own belief.

I think I would make a good character for your show. I wrote and recorded some material for another Lee/Stephenson project a few years ago. I have attached it to this post, and will attach it to my character page.

Please make me a character, I am desperate to escape Plymouth!

Is there any reason why we cannot have this?

I was wondering if the list of sibling names which Dawn and Ian have in their possession could be posted on the site somewhere? If there's a reason why this is an oafish and frankly disgraceful thing to ask, please feel free to deny my request and telephone the authorities.

Noo Yoiker living in Germany where no-one understands a word he says, not because of his English but because of his accent. When Dawn and Ian find him he has just been mugged by a man wearing Lederhosen. He is panicking, clutching his chest and shaking his fist, gasping, "Why, aorta?!" Dawn and Ian take him to the hospital.

When James awakes, he is bitter and ungrateful to hear the news about his origins. He threatens to beat up Ian:

James (feebly reaching forwad): "I'm gonna kick your ass!"

Falls back, knackered.

Dawn (snapping on a latex glove, standing between a frightened Ian and James): "Yeah? Well, I'm gonna wipe some!"

Next scene:

Outside toilet door. Ian and Dawn's voices can be heard:

Ian: "Thanks for doing this, Dawn. My reach just isn't as good as it used to be."
Dawn: "Anytime, you're my brother, remember?"

The door opens, they walk out. Ian is clutching an icepack to his forehead.

Who was /is DAD is he JACK JONES

maybe JACK had no family so he created one by donating his sperm…maybe he is secretly leading all his family to a reunion which DAWN and IAN are being inexplicably too drawn.. He ceratianly must like playing god with numerous donations or sperm bank withdrawals

Can we suggest what Dawn & Ian might name the car, please?
